The Vilnius Review has decided to begin publishing short, witty essays about Lithuania and Lithuanians written by poet, translator and prose writer Kerry Shawn Keys. He's been living in Vilnius for nineteen years and knows the city and Lithuanians inside out. So, here, each month you will find "A Palmer's Chronicle".
